Yes, once you have credits, you can login to www.echocustomer.com on your desktop and use the platform to run your own survey simulations. All you will need besides your login details, will be –

  1.  A clear survey goal. Remember garbage in, garbage out. The better defined your survey goal, the better the output.
  2.  An understanding on your respondent base and survey conditions. We will guide you through it, but you need to be clear on who you want responding, and if there are multiple user types, then quotas or percentages of each customer type.
